Positive: Location was nice. Free parking available Quiet Negative: There was a claim that the trash bin was damaged after we exited the property (a video was shared of the same by the property management team). We clearly remember there was no damage when we were leaving the property. It may have been damaged by the cleaners (bin was full. We had to put everything in the bin as per the renting agreement). Recommend to take video of whatever possible while vacating the property so that you are not charged from the security deposit

Great location and great area to visit Positive: Location, location, location. The house was clean, safe and the little estate was quiet and relaxed. No problem with parking and there was great communication with owner. Supermarkets and Trafford Centre 5mins away by car, less if the traffic is light. Easy access to Old Trafford, legoland, sea life etc. Lovely pool in Irlam as well, about 13 mins away. Playground up the road in eccles. The property was exactly as described but the location exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend. Negative: Traffic coming from Trafford centre direction towards the house. Was slow going to cross over the only bridge if you hit it at rush hour. Nothing much the property can do about that though.
