Cheap and cheerfull
Positive: Spacious apartment, with a good location. As a builder, I thoroughly enjoyed looking at all the random diy and painting that had been done by the local blind man.
Negative: The building was rather difficult to find, and the key boxes/doors to gain access were not explained very well. Also no parking as we got there late, but you can't really expect that in a town centre location.
